Ginny Kozemczak is the Chief of Staff and Policy Counsel with the International Digital Accountability Council (IDAC).
Ginny is a recent J.D. graduate from Cardozo School of Law, where she primarily focused on privacy and data law. During law school, she interned with the Electronic Frontier Foundation and the New York City Commission on Human Rights. Her student note comparing American and European privacy laws will be published in Cardozo’s International and Comparative Ethics and Law Review next year.
Prior to law school, Ginny advocated for economic justice as a Paralegal Advocate with Legal Services NYC and as a Program Associate with the Open Society Foundations. She also holds a Master’s in Human Rights from Columbia University, for which she received a research grant from the Institute for the Study of Human Rights, and a Bachelor of Fine Arts from New York University.
