Willie is Graduate Policy Intern with IDAC.

He is a 5th year PhD student at MIT CSAIL's group in Clinical Decision-Making with research focusing on machine learning, healthcare, policy, and algorithmic justice. Willie has TA'd courses in Machine Learning for Healthcare (HST.956) and Foundations of Internet Policy (6.805). Prior to IDAC, he has done machine learning development for Aledade and policy analysis for IDA's Science and Technology Policy Institute.

Willie received his Bachelor of Science in 2016 from the University of Massachusetts, Lowell.
